Today we have the technology to efficiently scan documents and essentially go "paperless." Many offices may believe that it takes too much space and/or too much time to scan. Both are no longer true. In fact, one may easily scan several hundred documents in well under an hour. A1-Law allows this to happen in an efficient manner via two modules: the Scan Tracker and the Transfer Utility. Let's look at some advantages of scanning all incoming mail and going paperless and "mobile" with the Transfer Utility:
