Testing...
Once the change is made found that it defaults correctly... However it's a change that requires the initial information pulled from the Database... so current users on the network have to Log out/Log back in for it to work... so FYI :)

Thanks for the information Mike. To confirm: 1. To have our current cases (WC, SS, PI) default ALL to #1 (main case activity): W-1,P-1,S-1 2. If you wanted All A1-Outlook emails to default to Post to Main Case activity (1) for "Category to Post to"
Would the correct code be: *-1 (asterisk dash one)?

If you leave it blank when you use A1 with Outlook:
The A1/Outlook window has a dropdown for choosing the Case Activity - However it starts blank.
If you don't choose something it gives a message - Something like "Case Activity not found... Message did not post".
