1. I set 3 tabs on the form in order to accomodate a 3 column label sheet, however, it's not working properly; it's not aligning w/the tabs.
Keep in mind that you probably have set a default offset in Configure System Defaults to .5 inch. So, everything may be moved to the right 1/2 inch from the tab setting.
2. In addition, can I print last name first?
The easiest way would be to just use the NAME command like this:
>, >
2b. Lastly, the DOI is printing 3 times for each label.
Use the SKIP command as follows:
>
LABEL 1: DOI #1: >
>
LABEL 2: DOI #2: >
etc.

Re: Labels
Hi Mike,
It appears it's set-up the way you have instructed, but it's still printing the DOI 3 times. In addition, the line height is off, I think it changed when I did a cut & paste from here, I'd like to get it back to normal. Can you take a look at the form letter #22?
The label size is 1" x 2 5/8" with 3 across & 10 down
Thank you, Leslie

Re: Labels
Hi Leslie,
see letter 100 in your computer as an example. You have to use command = injury, skip (not command = skip).
What do you mean by the "line height." You may highlight the enter letter and click the P button for paragraph spacing.

Re: Labels
Hi Mike,
The DOI is now working well, however, I'm still having a problem with the line height. I tried what you suggested, highlighting the entire letter, clicking P and choosing single space, but no difference. Can you please take a look at the letter #22 & if you can, change it to single spaced line, what I mean by that is a normal heighth for a line. Actually, I think it's assuming it is already single space, but the heighth of each space is more than normal. When you look at it, you'll see what I mean.
Thank you,
Leslie

Re: Labels
Hi Mike,
Never mind, I figured it out. The box that comes up after clicking P has a section that say DISTANCE, it was set for 0.069, I changed it to 0.000 & it corrected it.
