We have two clients with the last name Berner. When I change the address in the client card for Jennifer Berner, it automatically changes Alan Berner's file as well. How can I get around this?

Hi Cassy,
you have discovered the Attach and Detach features. Actually, if Jennifer and Alan were living at the same address - this is exactly what you would want. Therefore, if you have say 12 defense attorneys at once specific firm and the firm moved then you would only need to change the address one time.
What you need to do is Edit one of the names in the rolodex and all the way to the right of the Firm you will see a button that has an A on it to Attach. Click the button and then you will see a red X. Click the X which will Detach the person's address on the rolodex card. You see, you could have several names in the rolodex all attached to the same address.
