User Defined Screens

Dear Michael,

Is there any way to set a User Defined Screen to be used for more than one type of case? I'm currently only allowed to use one letter of the alphabet In "Type of Case" so as in the case of our Closing Files UDS I had to create one for W (WC cases) and a replica for S (SS cases).

I can create a Case Activity that will work for all cases at "Type of Case" via * or SW (for say just Workers Compensation and Social Security).

You may click Tools, System, and near the bottom to Client Card UDF. Specify the name of the tab (for the 8th tab at the client card - example: Miscellaneous). Next, you may have up to 24 user defined fields right at the 8th tab at the client card for ALL types of cases.

Please take great care in deciding which user defined fields would apply to ALL types of cases (for example: case status would be one but we already have that at the main client card).
