Additional set-up features on form letter & court forms

Hi Mike,
It would be a time saver for me if I could set up certain court forms & form letters with additional properties; for instance, after I send out a depo bill, I set it up so that it stays at the top of the case activity screen highlighted in red until I mark it PAID. All the rehab request letters & Dispute Resolution (RU-103) court forms need to be highlighted yellow. In addition, I'd like to configure the PAID feature to change the red highlight to green type & to unmark the UP ON TOP box. I set-up all unpaid bills, orders & awards in Case Activity, marked in red highlight up on top of the case activity screen.

I see what you are saying. You understand the Up On Top feature as well as the Color at the properties sheet. You are saying that for certain letters, you would like it to default to these properties so that you do not have to go back and edit the case activity to set it that way. I have added this to my list for a future version.

One point though - I'm assuming that you are aware that you may have different categories for different case activities. Some offices are not aware of this and they start color coding all their medicals in one color, rehab in another, etc. So, I just want to be sure that you are aware that you may set up different categories as well as colors in each categories. By the way, as you may already know, you may add your own colors in the version you have.

Hi Mike,
Yes, I am aware and do use the catagories in Case Activity quite often. Here's another feature that would help on the form letters & court forms; if we could set up an automatic task within the form letter or court forms. As it is now, when a demand letter is sent out, the attorney (if he remembers) sets up a task for 20 days from the date the demand went out, for the paralegal to file a DOR if no response was received by the defense. It would save time if the task automatically sets up when the letter is printed.
