page bottom, reaching

When in print mode(or edit mode, for that matter) how can I tell when I've reached the bottom of the page? This is important, as presently I have to physically print out a letter, then go back and use ctrl-enter to do the page break where I want it. It'd be better to have some alert built in-or is it already there & I just don't know how to use it?

Before printing your document, click the dropdown that says NORMAL and flip it to Page mode. You may set it up so that it always defaults to Page mode in Configure Staff Defaults. You may then scroll down to see where the page breaks.

I tried making the change in Config Staff Defaults (changed from "normal" to "page") but this made no change in the system default. When I go went to print another letter, the default was still "normal". How do I change the default to "page"?

Click on Tools, System, Configure Staff defaults. Double click on your initials (or the initials of the staff member who you want to change the default View Mode for), click Form Letters, click the View Mode dropdown and change it from Normal to Page.
If you change the View Mode from Normal to Page Mode and you are signed on with your initials it should automatically default to page mode.
Let me know.
