Dear Mike:
I was under the impression that A1-Law came with basic form letters. I cannot find any form letters listed other than Med-Legal forms. I also do not find any WCAB form forms. Where do I access them?

Hi Linda,
there will be "Form Letter Libraries" included in the next version. However, there are over 100 court forms in A1-Law. From the client card, click the category dropdown and select WC General Forms. You will then see over 100 WC forms.
You may create your own form letters in A1-Law. See the March and May 2001 Newsletters.
Also, if you have any questions about form letters, feel free to post your question here. (p.s. if you checked the Email Threads checkbox, you should automatically receive this reply. If not, you may need to configure your Email settings as I have found that if you have Outlook, some settings may force it to go into a Junk folder. Let me know).

Mike
I cannot find the form letter library. I can find forms forms but no library of form letters to get me off the ground. Can you help me locate them?

Hello Linda,
from Form Letters, click the Edit tab. You will see an icon that looks like a book in the lower left corner. Click that icon and A1-Law will then display a help file with about 30 letters. It then explains how to "copy and paste" those letters right into any letter you like. Therefore, a 905 letter could be "copy and pasted" to a different number (any number you like).
Please let me know if you have any questions after reviewing the form letter library. Thank you for your post.
Mike
