Office Rolodex Cleanup Help Needed - The Rolodex Wizard?

Dear Michael,

After a very productive hour-long Secretarial meeting, our office came to the realization that we haven't setup good training/standardization/examples for various situations in regards to our rolodex.

For example: We have multiple entries for the same person. Different people are entering information into the rolodex in different ways. People are confused about how to handle adjusters... etc...

I'm currently combing though the current Help files and Forum messages to get us back up to speed... and came across a discussion about the Rolodex where you bring up the "Rolodex Wizard" http://www.appellsoftware.com/forum/rea ... 9#msg-3319

Is there a current help file or topic on the website that explains how the Rolodex Wizard works? I sounds like something that would be very useful for our situation.
