Rehab Form RU-103

Hi Mike,

We have a 2 problems with this form

1) In the Date of Injury field, it posts the client's date of birth.

2) When we type in the date at the bottom of the form, we get a "OmniForm ActiveX Control" box which states "you cannot make changes to this field."

Have these been fixed in an update? or can we change them ourselves?

Hello Teresa,

1) In the Date of Injury field, it posts the client's date of birth.

Edit the letter and at the very bottom, enter this line, press Enter and save it and try to print the form.

FIELDNAME = CDOB,>
FIELDNAME = DATE,>

2) When we type in the date at the bottom of the form, we get a "OmniForm ActiveX Control" box which states "you cannot make changes to this field."

You are correct - thank you for pointing this out. However, in the meantime, if you type the second line as indicated above (the FIELDNAME = DATE.....), A1-Law will automatically today's date in that spot.
