I would like A1-law to automatically update the closed date everytime a file is closed. Normally when you first close a file A1-law automaticallY adds the exact date the file is closed. But, if a file is re-opened and closed again, A1-law does not updated the closed date field to reflect the new date of closure.

How do I get the system to automatically do this?? Please advise. THANK YOU.

In the update do you think it would be okay to have a question like (as an example):

The date closed is currently set to 3/5/2008
Would you like to change it to today's date?
