I'm not quite following how you want it to look in the table or tables. If I correctly understand you then it sounds like you might want to combine all the doctors in the table together and not separate them out. I'm just not quite understanding how you want the table to look.

I want it to look like this(without the dots of course):

List 1.........List 2.......List 3
doctor.......doctor......doctor
doctor.......doctor......doctor
doctor.......doctor......doctor
doctor.......doctor......doctor

Does List1 contain one type of doctor and list 2 contains another and list 3 contains another?

If so, then you just put each separate code in that column in the table.

I should have mentioned the table should be:

1 ROW
3 COLUMNS

yes, every list contains different type of doctors. If I put the code in a table in A1, wouldn't it leave blank tables. For instance, list 1 is ortho doctors, list 2 is psyche doctors, and list 3 is internal doctors. If we wanted to only propose psyche doctors, wouldn't list 1 and 3 be empty and leave a block of space?

Yes but if you have a table with 3 columns then there has to be "empty space" in the columns with the least amount of information. For example:

NAMES COLORS TO CHOOSE TYPES OF FOOD
JON BLUE DESSERT
JANE RED DINNER
MIKE GREEN
MARK
SANDRA
JANET

etc. Therefore, NAMES has the most information so there has to be "empty space" in columns two and three which have fewer colors and "types of food" than names in the list. The same would be true with different types of doctors since you can't put an ORTHO doctor in a different column than ORTHO. The only other option to save room would be to list the doctors ACROSS and seaparte by comma like this in the above example:

NAMES: JON, JANE, MIKE, MARK, SANDRA, JANET
COLORS: BLUE, RED GREEN
FOOD: DESSERT, DINNER

is there an ask command that only pulls names from the rolodex or does it have to include everyone from the parties list plus the names you want to include from the rolodex?

At present it always does include the parties names as an option to select from but the rolodex names are always at the top of the list. I'll create an option in the next update to only include names from the rolodex.

Thanks,
Mike

Yes - but I will have to get back to you with that information within the next few days.

Thanks,
