Rehab Number

#1

Post by Michael Lerner » Fri Apr 26, 2002 10:25 am

Dear Michael,

Could you please add a Rehab Number number to the Case Card - Case Tab and have a code to allow to pull it into form letters? (I'm not exactly sure where would be the best place for it on the Case Tab)

If a client undergoes Rehab they will be assigned a Rehab Number. They have a single number regardless of the number of DOIs.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Hello Michael,

the Rehab Number is an internal number used by a Party (the party being the Rehab vendor). Therefore, it should be entered at the Parties Sheet under office number. Click the Rehab Vendore one time at the Parties sheet and click Type. You may then enter the Office Number just like you would for anyone else with their own office number (ie: a defense firm, etc). The only normal exception is the insurance carrier, since most offices enter that at the Injuries sheet because they could in theory have more than one claim number when there are several injuries even though they are attached only once at the parties sheet.

It may then be easily extracted from the Parties sheet onto a form letter. All you would need to know is the category you are using (ie: REHAB)

Hello Michael,

for example, if the category you are using is called REHAB, you would use this command to pull the first REHAB vendor number:
