Problems with Eams forms

Hi Mike,

On our DOR EAMS form, an unknown Sacramento firm and their address and phone number show up where our office information should be. Also, on some forms the ADJ number doesn't self-populate. Is this something that we can correct?

Check the EAMS # in Configure System Defaults.

Go to the EDIT LETTERS TAB and RIGHT CLICK the printer icon in the window and click EXTRACT A FORM LETTER and enter 10859
