Thanks again for your help.
I have two questions about the "Cleaning Email" that occurs when you login to A1.
1. What is happening exactly?
2. If this takes more than 10-15 seconds to complete - what could be occurring? For example we have one account whose initials XXX are the same as a previous employee from a couple of years back. I deleted all of the old emails but the Cleaning Email process seems to take a noticeably longer time.

Try reindexing and see if that resolves the issue. I do eventually plan to redo the internal A1 Email system after the current Transfer Utility project.
