MS Word and Incoming A1 Emails

Dear Michael,

I please need your help with the following issue:

When one of the attorneys is working on a Microsoft Word Document - Sometimes when people send her A1 Emails - the MS Word Document gets minimized and the email window becomes active. The attorney finds this very annoying.

Once again this only happens Sometimes - So I'm trying to figure out what is exactly going on and if there is a setting I can change for the attorney so it doesn't happen.

A1 Version: 6.7.5A
OS: Windows XP Professional

Is this only with Urgent Mail? Either way, at her sign on try clicking tools, my pref, urgent mail, allow me to continue what I'm doing.

There are a few other options in this section at the my pref, mail to explore that might resolve the issue.
