"Last Modified Dates" Report

Hi Mike,

I want to start off by saying that I love this report -- it's exactly what we needed -- with one small exception: The Title. When you print out the report it is still titled "Master Calendar."

Since we are using the Last Modified Dates report to give to the attorney to update his personal calendar book, it needs to be visually different in some way from the real Master Calendar Report that we give him every day as well.

Can You Change the Title of the report if the "Use Last Modifidied Dates" box is checked? If so, my preference for a title would be "Calendar Additions and Changes."

Hello Gayna,

when you click the printer icon to print the report you will see the:

Calendar Activity Report Menu

window. From here, you may select the report you want to print, print the notes, print in all caps, etc. You should see a spot for Title. You may title the calendar anything you want when printing out a report. So, you could type in "Calendar Additions and Changes." I realize you would have to type this every time you run the report so let me know if you would prefer something more automated (perhaps even a dropdown). But, I wanted to be sure that you are aware that you may name the report anything you like.

I'm guessing this is something new in Version 4.2.3 -- it's not showing up in Version 4.2.2.

I tried to download the new version and was asked for a user name and password! This is new. Can you please e-mail me my user name and password. Thanks!

No, it should be in Version 4.2.2. At the Custom tab in the calendars click the printer icon and you should see something that says TITLE with the title of the calendar.

The company that does my web hosting is updating their server and the ftp downloading section is not working at this time but you should not need the update for this.

Thanks Mike, I found it. I was looking for a "check box" on the side. Your suggestion about a dropdown list for the Title field would be great.
