Case Activity Window Size

Hi Mike:

Two related questions.

I like to work with the Case Activity window maximized but every time I close a particular event two things happen.

First, the Case Activity window shrinks and...
Second, no matter which event I'm working on, I'm returned to the top/most recent event.

I'd like to keep the Case Activity window maximized and remain at the same event location/date when I close the event.

Hello- try clicking Tools, My Preferences and then where it says State click the dropdown and click Keep Same State.
