Dear Michael,

It looks like our receptionists are going to start using Mail Tracker as a quicker way to email attorneys/post to case activity due to the volume of incoming calls.

To speed up this process: Could you please add to the Mail Tracker (window) a "Clear" (button) which would clear the "Name (last, first) Case Number" area to the left of the "Add" (button)?

Michael - please study the Mail Tracker carefully. It was meant for speed and designed so as to not have to use the mouse at all. Use the TAB key and you will find after moving to ADD and adding a case activity and then using the tab key again you can simply flip between the ADD and entry of a name. I just noticed that it is also highlighting the Primary Names checkbox so in the next release I'll remove that (for now just hit the tab key twice). The idea is to use as few keystrokes as possible with no mouse clicks. Once you use the tab key, A1-Law then rehighlights the name and you can just type another one right over the previous one.

That should resolve any need for mouse clicking or a clear button. :)
