I just changed one of the forms we created some time ago to decrease a few lines in a table from 12 pt to 11 pt. Now there is an extra line inserted between the line for Applicant's city, state & zip and the Applicant's SSN. I checked for extra lines in the library from which these commands are called, and there are none. Nor are there extra lines in the form.

Please advise.

Perhaps you highlighted a section of text and change the font from 12 to 11 but did not start at the very beginning of the less than less than signs and to the very end of all the commands. You could try retyping that section of the letter or post the commands here - or just send me an Email of the letter or letters and the library so that I may look at it.
