We have three different fax cover sheets in our form letter library. One for the adjuster, defense attorney and one for "select the party." This is probably pretty primitive for a lot of you, but our law office has no computer programmers. Here's our question. We have an increasing number of adjusters and attorneys who have their own direct fax numbers, which are on the top half of the party card. However, when we print our fax cover sheet, it will only print the fax number for the company from the bottom half of the party card. Is there a command to default to a direct fax number (top of party card) --and if there is none to then print the company fax (from bottom half of party card).
