CANNOT OPEN ANY EAMS FORMS

CANNOT OPEN ANY EAMS FORMS

We got some new computers in and the computer guy installed them and everything seems to be up and running fine on law but encountered one problem. when the attorney tries to pen an EAMS form, an adobe reader dialog box comes but with no text in the box. it just has a question mark symbol, but the dialog box itself is empty except for an "OK" button. adobe is installed and working properly because i opened some .pdf files on it and they worked fine. it just seems to be a problem with the EAMS forms on A1 law

i got it working. updated adobe and registered control from law. not sure what fixed it of the two, but it works now.
