Outdated Forms

I just received a rejection notice from the RIV WCAB saying that the cover sheet is obsolete and we need to replace it. When can we expect an update? Thanks

A1-Law has the latest version of the doc cover sheet. It should display 7/2010 at the bottom of the cover sheet. Please let me know if your version displays this.

It does not, it displays 2008.

Please go to the Edit Letters tab and edit form 10861 and make sure the top line displays the following:
