Where do I find the Categories for the letters i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5?

It's in Tools, System, Configure System Defaults, Case Activity. However, do not change the category numbers or the meaning of the titles. In other words, you can change Telephone to Telephone Calls or to Phone Calls but don't change it to an entirely different meaning. You may also reorder how they appear in the dropdowns using the ORDER button. The category numbers will allow you to set where form letters post to but again, you don't want to change these numbers.
