Dear Michael,

One of our staff wants to use their new married Last Name in A1.

What would be the easiest way to do this and make sure all of her email, tasks, etc. get transferred over properly?

The simplest way would be to just change the last name in the Staff Defaults. Otherwise, if you want to change the initials then you'll need to change items from Global Reassign.
