A1-Law Comm Issue - Broadcast Window Full-Screen

Dear Michael,

I please need your help with an issue regarding A1-Law Comm.

When one of our users tries to login to their account from any system (Windows 7, Windows XP) in the office:

1. A1 Workspace appears (normal) - However missing the A1-Comm Broadcast area in the upper-right.
2. A separate A1 window appears with the name "Broadcast." This window is full screen and cannot be minimized. If you attempt to get to the main A1 window or any other open window - You cannot because the maximized Broadcast window stays on top.

If I force quit using Task Manager:
A. A1 - Both Close
B. Broadcast - Closes and then Re-opens in a second or two.

I've temporarily turned off/unchecked in A1 Comm Settings: Use the A1 Comm Server.

Any ideas/tips/suggests about resetting the Broadcast placement for this one account?

P.S. The A1-Law version we are currently using is 6.9.9Y_f (6/13/2012)
-Re-installing and Re-registering the controls had no effect on this issue.

Click Tools, Broadcast, Display in A1-Law Toolbar

Moving it by Clicking/Dragging from the upper-left area and then using the Click Tools, Broadcast, Display in A1-Law Toolbar worked.

I also didn't know that you could turn off the Broadcast window - That it is an extra feature of the A1-Comm program.

If you have to you can also reinitialize the user profile settings by signing out and deleting the user folder in the A1Law\Staff folder but that would also reset all of the user's settings to default settings.
