EAMS Doc Sep Sheet 10232.2 (#10862) - Opens in Notepad

Dear Michael,

Thanks again for your previous help.

We seem to have a strange situation on one computer system.

System: Windows 7 64-bit

In A1-Law when we attempt to open EAMS Document #10862 - the Doc Sep Sheet (10232.2) - For some reason it is opening in Notepad.

1. It ONLY happens on THIS computer system in ANY A1 Account - Using a different computer doesn't have this problem

2. The notepad document shows up as "(user initials)br(# - like 30508)"

3. Re-registration did not fix the problem

4. Completely uninstalling A1 & Re-installing did not fix the problem

-Any tips/suggestions on what to do? The User was using that one document frequently until this glitch happened.
