Unable to print fromthe location mentioned below

In A-1 court forms trying to do an EAMS document cover sheet….
Anna gets this error:
access violation at address .... in module pdfcie.dll. Read of address 0000001D.
I have already run the regall1.bat. That was successful until docprintcom.dll - but I looked on Anna machine and 2 others and this file is not in the lawlocal folder.
Sherry is on vacation (with access to email but if you could send the solution to jim@mbnsos.com that would be great.

Try going into Adobe Acrobat Reader and click Help, Repair Installation.
