Hi Mike,

I know you were working on the case activity window so you can just scroll through all of the entries, and I thought you said you had actually made that feature available. If so, how and where do I set that configuration. One of the people here would really like their Case Notes set up that way. Please let me know ASAP.

Thanks!

1. I know you were working on the case activity window so you can just scroll through all of the entries.

Right - you mean so that you don't have to click on an individual entry to see it in it's entirety even if it is several paragraphs long.

This has been completed.

2. If so, how and where do I set that configuration.

You may set it as a system default by clicking Tools, System, Configure System Defaults, General, Case Activity, Case Activity Grid Style, RTF Grid.

You may also override the current default by doing a Right Click on the case activity at the client card. You may set defaults like the Zoom factor if you or one of the other staff members has bad eyes by clicking Tools, My Preferences, Client Card, Case Activity, Zoom Percentage.

3. One of the people here would really like their Case Notes set up that way.

If ONLY one person wants it that way and not the entire staff, then that person should click:

Tools, My Preferences, Client Card, Case Activity, Grid Style and set it to RTF Style. They may also set the zoom ratio to adjust the point size to their preferences.

There are many many other options each user may specify through Tools, My Preferences.

Hi Mike,

I only want to make the change for one person in the office. I tried your instructions on my computer to see how it worked, but it didn't. Under My Preferences, Client Card, Case Activity, my only option is Case Activity Categories to Default to.

I'm running version 4.2.2 and figured I just needed to download your current update. Unfortunately I don't have a user name and password to log into your FTP site. I e-mailed you about this last month and you said it was just a glitch that your on-line provider was dealing with. Are you now requiring user name and passwords to download your updates? If so, would you please tell me what mine is -- even if I don't have to have this update for this particular issue, I would still like to be able to download the most current version of your software.

Thanks.

Gayna
