Thanks again for your previous help!

We please need your assistance in the following:

We are trying to do a Custom Search of all current Cases which would have the following parameters:

1. Where the City of San Bernardino is the employer

Note: We have several cards in the rolodex which meet this criteria (Different branches, etc.)

2. Where the Case is either Open (OP) or Closed-Life Time Medical (CL-LTM)

Click Search for a case and click the Search By and select Firm Name and enter the employer. Click Advanced and enter:
"OP" $ upper(case.casestat) or "CL-LTM" $ upper(case.casestat)
