Several of my staff would like to view the A1 calendar on their cell phones. Some have android, others have iphone.

Is this possible? What steps are involved?

There are two ways. If you have Microsoft Outlook then you can easily integrate the calendar with Outlook and have Outlook then sync to the phones. Please see the following article:
