Dear Mike,
1. What is the best way to add and update insurance adjusters to the system?
2. The best way to pull insurance adjusters into letters?
Thanks!

Re: A1 - Insurance Adjusters - Adding and Updating Questions
Hi Michael - Here are my answers to your questions in your post:
1. You would add them in the rolodex. I'm not sure what you mean by update adjusters.
2. Probably using the Getparty command.

Re: A1 - Insurance Adjusters - Adding and Updating Questions
Dear Mike,
The problem is that the adjusters can change quickly (monthly sometimes) on a particular case. Plus the staff would like to be able to change it quickly and have ready access to it on the front of the client card. Best way to handle this?
1. Would it be better to have a single card type that represents both Insurance companies and Adjusters? Or should they be two separate cards? (Have an Adjuster card and attach the Insurance Business card?)
2. Make notes in the Quick Notes area with the: adjuster name, number + extension, and date it was changed?
3. Other possibilities?
Thanks again!
