Hi Mike,
Is there a way to get a report of all cases that have a particular word entered in QUICK NOTE? For instance, if the case was subbed out, we enter it in QUICK NOTE but it may not start with the word "subbed out", therefore, I need to have the system search for the word "sub" in all the QUICK NOTE entries. How is that done & what report do I use?

This feature has been implemented in Version 4.2.6 and will be available in the next few days.
