Thank you for your last message. Can you outline how I would pull up the second and third carrier for the form I'm creating as well as the second and third def. atty plus their phone numbers? I would really appreciate it.

can you be a little more specific on what you are trying to do? Are you trying to create a Case Information Top Sheet? If so, that is already provided in Version 4.00 that I have shipped to you. It's a great top sheet and offices are saying that they really like it a lot.
