CASE ACTIVITY - bunched to the left

Hi Mike,
We use the Advanced Case Activity Grid. Instead of spreading the entries across the window, A1 bunches the lines over to the left & leaves 1/3 of the window black; also, the employees would really prefer to Esc out of the window rather than clicking the "x" or pressing Ctrl + F4. Is there any adjustment I need to make to fix these two issues?

To set the size for each column in the RTF window, please do the following:

1. Go into the case activity and manually adjust the size of the columns.

2. Click the Other Features button (Alt-O), Configure Defaults, Admin Update

3. Enter the total number of columns to display (ie: 5).

4. Enter a column to automatically resize if desired (ie: 3 would automatically resize the event column since it's the third column appearing after the date and time)

5. Click the S button to automatically size each column to current defaults you have set them to.

6. Click the Save button and now the defaults will automatically be sized to the settings for that window. Users may then set the default Zoom factor if they have bad eyes in Tools, My Preferences, Client Card, Case Activity and the window will be sized automatically.
