Hi Mike,
Does ver. 4.3 have the capability of setting up an automatic task when certain form letters are printed? If so, I'll need instructions.

No but that will be coming forth in a future update. Ver 4.3 has the ability for form letters to post to case activity and calendaring. Anything may now be posted in any field in case activity and calendar appointments. Tasks will be implemented very soon.
