More Commands

Dear Michael,
I'm trying to figure out a couple of commands.
How would I add just the phone number of a doctor?
How would I add a page break? Or is there a way to print up multiple letters at the same time? Suggestions?
Sincerely,

Hi Michael,

Use the merge command in a separate letter.

Dear Michael,

So Ctrl-Enter leaves a line of code?
So If I wanted say letters 1, 2, and 3 to print out I would use=

The Cntl-Enter.

The Ctrl-Enter.

This would print out each as separate pages?
I'm also trying to figure out the code for the following:
If I have a client's name in a sentence with the format:
(Mr/Ms/Dr/etc) (Last Name) as in the sentence
"Mr. Smith has asked us...."
Is there also a way to merge a document without getting the extra linefeed between what you are merging and the next line of the document?
Thanks!

Correct - offices often use that to create an "Intake Packet" of letters to print. Or you could do it this way as well

Either way.

Just use the name command:
"> has asked us ..."

When using the merge command, there will always be one line feed after it. If you don't want it, you need to use the Library command.

Michael,
I almost forgot, regarding the merge command:
>
You may do this:
This is a test > That is the end of my test
Instead of:
This is a test
>
That is the end of my test
The above, will supress one line feed that you may not want. However, there will still be one extra line feed. If you don't want it, use the Library command.

Michael - you may also use the RemoveOneCR and RemoveTwoCR to remove a linefeed or two from the merge commands. Here's an example:
