printing problems with A1 and windows 2000

Hi Mike,

We have two systems with Windows 2000 and they have intermittant printing problems. I have trouble shooted the problem using Word, Word perfect and another program and the only program that has the problem is A1. The only systems that have the problem have Windows 2000.

Is there something I need to do or is this something you are working on in the next version?

The problem may not be either A1 or Win 2000. What kind of printers are attched to these computers? I'm assuming they are printing to a local printer and I'm assuming (just an educated guess) that the printer is either the HP 1100, 1200, 2100, 2200 or 4000x series. The printer drivers for these printers are filled with bugs. If you have one of these printers you either need to get the latest bug fixes from the HP website or you need to use an alternate driver like the HP LaserJet Series II or 4L.

Let us know what kind of printer and printer driver you are using and whether you are printing to a local or network printer.
