Dear Michael,

Thank you for all of your previous help.

I have a question about coding to costs.
What code would I have to use in a form letter in order for an inputted Number to automatically post to that Case Activity - Fee/Costs (tab) - Costs?

Would it be something associated with the input4 prompt or memory =?

When you say "post to that case activity" are you referring to a specific case activity category like Rehab, Medicals, Costs, Settlement, etc? You would specify the category to post to at the Edit Form Letter Details menu. You may also set the Style dropdown to PROMPT rather than Normal and A1-Law will ask them what category they want to post to.

If you are referring to posting to a field in the case activity other than the Event Field (ie: a field at the fee/costs tab), that feature is currently not available. However, it has been implemented and it will be available in the next release in Version 4.2.4 which will be available on the web in the next few days.
