staff initials in lower case

Mike,

Is there a command that I can use with the ones that input the staff initials to make them come out in lower case. The standard format at the bottom of letters is xyz:ab, with the initials in lower case.

However, most offices prefer to have the attorney handling or attorney responsible in upper case and use this format instead:

You may substitute THISUSER with SEC if you want the secretary handling initials. THISUSER uses the initials of the person who is signed on.
