Michael:
Today my secretary tells me when we open a new case we no longer automatically show the date opened in case information.
Also, we cannot assign neither staff or attorney to the case.
I went into tools, and system, but I could not enable these functions.
Suggestions?

A1-Law assigns the date opened automatically if you have not assigned it. Also, it uses the date entered as the date opened unless you manually change it to something else. What do you mean when you write that you cannot assign a staff or attorney to the case?
