Case Activity Copying

Dear Michael,

Would it be possible to add a "copy" feature to Configure System Defaults - Case Activity? So you can duplicate a case activity to a new category?

I'm finding that I setup a Case Activity set up exactly how I want it... and then I want to create the exact same (or slightly modified) setup for another Case Activity (with possibly just different labels).
Currently I have to re-create everything, even if I am trying to have the same Case Activity for 2 out of 3 case types (Just WC and SS but not PI).

Let me see what I can do. But in the meantime keep in mind that two types of cases or even 3 or more may share the same case activity category and in that situation you only have to do it once. Under the case activity defaults for the Type of Case just enter the first letter of the case type or types you want included in that category. So, for example, enter WS for work comp and social security.

Forgot to mention - I eventually plan to also have a "wizard" for this to set up various types of categories that may then be modified and you will be able to add your own in the wizard configuration.
