But, they may already adjust that. In the upper right corner you will see a number specifying the zoom size (ie: 90%, 100%, etc).

I'm sorry, but I don't see how changing the zoom size will enable the user to view the text screen in an alternate color.

Okay, now I see what you mean. I'll have to check into that and see if that is possible. If not, I'm pretty sure that I could set something up so that they could set the foreground and background colors for this window in Tools, My Preferences.

What kind of macro? Do you mean a keyboard macro? If so, let me know and I'll check and get back with you on this.

You may use a backslash in the keyboard macro followed by a three digit ASCII code. You will want the codes for both a carrage return and a linefeed. They are 13 and 10. You must use 3 digits so you would use 013 and 010. Therefore, along with a carrage return, line feed, it's possible to access the entire symbol set including Spanish and other characters in an abbreviation. Here's an example to insert a carrage return, linefeed:

This is line one\013\010This is line two

When you get a chance to approach the open document dialogue box, the ladies would like something that includes details so they can view the available documents by user, title, or date modified.

Hello Heather,

I'm not sure where you are referring to (the open document dialog box). They may look in the case activity and view the details as well as the user. They then click the View Document button.
