Hi Mike,
Is there a way to get the Venue to automatically insert into the calander?
Also, I pre-set some times (in a drop-down menu) to pick from when setting appts. in the calander, but when an A.M. time is picked, it inserts P.M. rather than A.M.

Hi Leslie,

1. Is there a way to get the Venue to automatically insert into the calander?

I thought it did, but you are right it doesn't. Couple of things about this. First, I have noted this and will correct. Second, you only need to enter the code (ie: VN, LA, MON, ANA, etc). When the correction is made, A1-Law will enter the venue in the calendar. but you must attach it so that the Venue code appears on the Case Sheet of the client card. Click Case Information from the client card, click Venue and double click on the court (which should have already been attached to the Parties sheet).

2. I pre-set some times (in a drop-down menu) to pick from when setting appts. in the calander, but when an A.M. time is picked, it inserts P.M. rather than A.M.

Yes, I fixed this in your computer. You needed to enter in the Configure System Defaults - 8:30a, 9:00a you were entering A.M. instead of a for A.M and P for P.M.
