Before 4.1 when adding a case I understood the procedure to require you to first input all parties, including the client, to the Rolodex. You then click on 'add a case', then on parties, then on '+' for each party you need, starting with the client. Under 4.1 a pop up appears immediately after clicking on 'add a case' which REQUIRES you to re-input the client's data. The result is you end up with two data cards in Rolodex.
Am I correct that under 4.1 we're supposed to now skip the step of adding the client to Rolodex prior to clicking on 'add a case'?
Add a case;client's name; from Rolodex or pop up?

Correct. Nothing wrong when a step is eliminated to expedite the intake. What happens is when you Add a Case, A1-Law automatically brings up the rolodex card and attaches it for you so you don't need to drag and drop the name onto the client card. Also, if A1-Law detects a possible duplicate (in the event you decide to add the name in the rolodex first or you have another case with that client) then it displays a list of possible duplicates. You may then double click on the name to use (so that there are no duplicates) or you may click Attach. In the event, it's not a duplicate, just click Add Case and A1-Law automatically takes you to the rolodex card to add the name of the client.
This method should be much much better than how it was in prior versions. One problem with prior versions was that it was not as intuitive.
