Database-wide Party List Renumbering

Is there any way to do a Renumbering of all case card party lists in the system?

Normally, this should never need to be done. I have allowed it on rare occasions when you need it for one specific card by just clicking the R button at the Parties sheet. However, if you need it for the entire database, you should only need that one time (and it may be due to the date conversion we did). In that situation, I can do this remotely if you need it, this weekend.
